What is Linden Rotisserie?
We decided to make a restaurant concept that we would love to use as clients. Literally, our family finds it hard sometimes to order food because of the limited choices that are hearty and flavorful that comfort foods provide. So we created a simple concept with a menu that everyone loves to eat and that can eat everyday at affordable prices. Our passion is to make people happy through our food, is to make human connections by simply doing what we love. See you soon!

What kind of food is this?
We are a mix of cultures intertwined with different sazones (flavors) from different parts of the world. We have brought together a celebration of flavors from what we learned from our father as well as our individual experiences while living in different parts of the world. We represent Colombia, Puerto Rico and Cuba mostly and through our father, we have gathered all of his knowledge that have extensive cultures and flavors.
